Standard Shipping:

• Hong Kong & Macau (2-4 days): HK$50 (Free shipping for orders HK$500+)
• Singapore (5-8 days): HK$95 (Free shipping for orders HK$800+)
• Taiwan (2-4 days): HK$95 (Free shipping for orders HK$800+)
• Thailand (4-18 days): HK$95 (Free shipping for orders HK$1,000+)
  Malaysia (4-18 days): HK$95 (Free shipping for orders HK$1,000+)
• Indonesia (7-18 days): HK$250 (Free shipping for orders HK$2,000+)

*Above shipping times are for non-personalised products + personalised mugs, flasks, coffee mugs, children's water bottles, art prints, family portraits, and for reference only. There may be delays due to COVID-19. All other personalised products require additional production times.

Shipper

• Orders will be shipped using SF Express Courier, Hong Kong Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other couriers with tracking numbers

Import taxes & duties

• Please note that import taxes, duties & related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country
• These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.  Payment of these charges & taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Mr. Men Studio

Delays

• Your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control such as COVID-19, customs clearance, extreme weather (typhoons) & long public holidays

Restrictions 

• Due to international custom regulations and shipping restrictions, we can not ship perfumes, candles + power banks outside Hong Kong
