CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MORE THAN 1 DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Your order can only be delivered to 1 address.  If you want to send gifts to different addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address. 

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE POSSIBLE FOR THE PERSONALIZATION?

Our system only supports English.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN REJECTED?

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if inappropriate or offensive words are chosen for personalization.

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS SHIPPING REGIONS

Our license only allows us to ship our Mr. Men Little Miss own designed and personalization products to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR MY PERSONALIZED ITEM?

Due to the made to order nature of personalization, we do not accept returns.

WHAT TO DO IF THE SPELLING IS WRONG?

All personalized items are made to order for you according to the name you enter when ordering. MR, MEN STUDIO does not take responsibility for names incorrectly typed. It is your responsibility to double check all spelling, names + grammar.

If a printing mistake is made by our printing team, we will make another item for you free of charge. Please email us at info@mrmenstudio.com and we can check your order to see what was entered originally during the order process.
